330  $aThe aim of the research am conducting is about needs analysis of Human Resource Staff workers, I attempt to examine the English needs of the personnel in the workplace of a foreign company based in Algeria by shedding light on their perceptions of needs , wants and lacks. Another aim is to explore the worker’s attitudes towards the use of English in the workplace in particular. The data will be collected by means of questionnaires, interviews, an analysis of authentic workplace texts, and visits to the workplace. The result of this study will show that the workers’ perceptions of their needs, wants and lacks will be greatly affected by their attitudes towards English, and the type of activities they are engaged in. The findings will be presented to bear on orientations toward the importance of studying ESP as a means of communication. My study would then consist of two major components: 1) Best practices in how English is being used by multinationals, and  2) Implication for English program development in Algeria."
