There fore, to investigate this dynamic linguistique system, it is thought necessary to consider two chief distinct parts the first is the external aspect to show this linguistic system's utterances as contracted, and under what circumstances .The second is the internal aspect of this linguistic system, especially at the word formation level and the linguistic processes that may appear .So the question is" what are the linguistic processes that operate in the linguistic system and brought about the existence of a variety of differences in people's speech in the same community?
